Critical Notice — Read Before Proceeding
WE ARE NOT A LAW FIRM. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE OR LEGAL SERVICES. WE DO NOT PRACTICE LAW IN ANY JURISDICTION. Nothing on this Site, in the Services, in any document generated through the Platform, in any communication from Company employees or representatives, or in this Disclaimer constitutes, or shall be construed as constituting:

NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: No attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, privileged professional relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or other confidential relationship of any kind is created or shall be deemed created between you and the Company, or between you and any of the Company's employees, contractors, members, managers, or representatives, by virtue of your use of the Services or any communication with the Company. The Company's employees and contractors are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice in any capacity.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL COUNSEL STRONGLY RECOMMENDED: You are strongly urged to consult with a licensed attorney specializing in consumer credit law or the Fair Credit Reporting Act before taking any action based on information obtained through this Platform. You should consult a certified public accountant or licensed financial advisor before making financial decisions, and a licensed credit counselor or HUD-approved housing counselor for matters relating to debt management. The Company expressly disclaims all responsibility for any loss, damage, or adverse consequence resulting from your reliance on the Services without seeking independent professional counsel.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS — ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER OF OUTCOME WARRANTIES
Outcome Disclaimer — No Guarantees Whatsoever
THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY, UNEQUIVOCALLY, AND WITHOUT RESERVATION DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES, OR PROMISES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE EFFECTIVENESS, SUCCESS RATE, OR OUTCOME OF ANY DISPUTE LETTER, CREDIT DISPUTE SUBMISSION, SERVICE, TOOL, OR ADVICE PROVIDED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM. SPECIFICALLY, THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT:
- Any negative, derogatory, adverse, or disputed item will be removed, modified, updated, or suppressed from your consumer credit file maintained by Equifax Information Services LLC, Experian Information Solutions, Inc., TransUnion LLC, or any other consumer reporting agency ("CRA") regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.);
- Your credit score, credit rating, credit risk tier, or creditworthiness (as assessed under any scoring model including but not limited to FICO®, VantageScore®, or any proprietary lender model) will improve, increase, or change in any particular direction as a result of using the Services;
- You will receive approval for any loan, mortgage, credit card, lease, insurance policy, employment, or other credit-related application;
- Any creditor, original lender, debt purchaser, or debt collector subject to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.) will respond to, comply with, or honor any dispute or validation request;
- Any USPS Certified Mail letter will be received, opened, processed, or acted upon by the intended recipient;
- The Services will achieve any particular financial benefit, improvement in your creditworthiness, or tangible outcome of any nature.
FACTORS OUTSIDE COMPANY CONTROL: The outcome of any credit dispute is determined entirely by factors beyond the Company's knowledge, influence, or control, including without limitation: the internal investigation policies, procedures, and standards of each CRA; the response and cooperation of the original creditor or furnisher of information; the nature, validity, and age of the disputed item; the accuracy, completeness, and persuasiveness of the documentation provided by the consumer; applicable federal and state statutes of limitations; the passage of time; changes in applicable law; and the consumer's overall credit profile and history.
ILLUSTRATIVE RESULTS ARE NOT TYPICAL: Any testimonials, case studies, score improvement examples, or other illustrative outcomes displayed on the Site are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and are not representative of results that any particular user should expect. Individual results will vary significantly, and in many cases, no change in credit score or credit report status may occur at all.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES AND ANY OUTCOMES — OR LACK THEREOF — RESULTING FROM SUCH USE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE COST OF USING THE SERVICES IS NOT CONTINGENT ON ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
4. FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT — CONSUMER RIGHTS AND FCRA COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER
The Services are designed with reference to the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Consumers have the right to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in their consumer credit file directly with any CRA at no cost, pursuant to FCRA § 611 (15 U.S.C. § 1681i). CRAs are required to conduct a reasonable investigation and respond within thirty (30) days (or forty-five (45) days if the consumer submits additional information during the investigation period).
THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT DISPUTE LETTERS GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICES SATISFY ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE FCRA OR ANY STATE ANALOG THEREOF IN EVERY JURISDICTION, FOR EVERY CATEGORY OF DISPUTED INFORMATION, OR IN EVERY FACTUAL CIRCUMSTANCE. Applicable law and CRA policies are subject to change. Legal citations included in AI-generated dispute letters are provided for reference only and may be outdated, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific circumstances.
FRIVOLOUS DISPUTE WARNING: Under FCRA § 611(a)(3), a CRA may decline to investigate a dispute if it determines the dispute is frivolous or irrelevant, or if the consumer fails to provide sufficient information. Submitting knowingly false, fabricated, or groundless dispute information may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law. The Company neither encourages nor endorses the submission of frivolous disputes and expressly disclaims any liability for any legal consequences arising from your dispute submissions.
5. FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT — FDCPA DISCLAIMER
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., provides consumers with rights to request debt validation from third-party debt collectors. The Services may assist in generating debt validation request letters referencing FDCPA provisions. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT ANY LETTER REFERENCING FDCPA PROVISIONS WILL COMPEL A DEBT COLLECTOR TO CEASE COLLECTION ACTIVITY, VALIDATE THE DEBT, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESPONSE.
Debt validation rights under the FDCPA apply only to third-party debt collectors as defined in 15 U.S.C. § 1692a(6) and do not apply to original creditors collecting their own debts. The effectiveness of a debt validation request depends on the timing of the request (within 30 days of initial communication for certain rights to attach), the specific facts of the debt, and the applicable statute of limitations. Consumers are strongly urged to consult with a consumer rights attorney before exercising FDCPA rights.
6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT — MATERIAL LIMITATIONS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
Artificial Intelligence Limitations
The Company's dispute letters are generated using proprietary artificial intelligence systems integrating large language models ("LLMs"), including third-party AI inference APIs. While the Company's proprietary review system performs automated pre-submission quality checks, AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS NOT INFALLIBLE AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ATTORNEY REVIEW. AI-generated outputs may contain, without limitation:
- Errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or factual misstatements;
- Outdated, superseded, or jurisdictionally inapplicable legal citations or statutory references;
- Procedural errors or non-compliance with current CRA submission requirements;
- Language or framing that may be deemed frivolous by a particular CRA;
- Content that is inappropriate or sub-optimal for your specific factual circumstances.
USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR REVIEW: YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THOROUGHLY REVIEWING, VERIFYING, AND APPROVING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT BEFORE SUBMITTING OR AUTHORIZING THE MAILING OF ANY DISPUTE LETTER. You acknowledge that: (i) you are the final decision-maker with respect to the content and submission of any dispute letter; (ii) the Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content as applied to your specific situation; and (iii) you assume all risk and liability for any consequences — including legal consequences — arising from the submission of any letter generated through the Services.

WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF WARRANTY, STATUTORY LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
AGGREGATE LIABILITY CAP: THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain categories of damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER — STATE AND FEDERAL CREDIT LAWS
The Services are designed to assist consumers in preparing letters pursuant to rights provided under federal consumer protection statutes including the FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA. The Company does not represent or warrant that the Services or any letter generated thereby are compliant with all applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, rules, or ordinances in every jurisdiction of the United States.
Consumer credit laws vary by state, and individual states may have enacted statutes providing rights beyond those granted under federal law. The Company makes no representation regarding compliance with any state-specific consumer protection law, including without limitation: California's Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1785 et seq.); New York's Fair Credit Reporting Act (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 380 et seq.); or any other state analog to the FCRA or FDCPA.
The consumer credit regulatory landscape is subject to ongoing legislative and regulatory change. Legal citations included in AI-generated letters reflect information available at the time of letter generation and may not reflect subsequent amendments, new regulations, or updated agency guidance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable law in their respective jurisdiction.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES — DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Services integrate with third-party platforms and service providers including, without limitation: Stripe, Inc. (payment processing); Lob, Inc. (certified mail fulfillment); Google LLC (AI inference, analytics, and fraud prevention); Cloudflare, Inc. (network security); and USPS (mail delivery). THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR THE AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, DATA PRACTICES, OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.
Third-party providers may experience outages, errors, data breaches, delays, or failure to perform their services. In particular, Lob, Inc.'s mailing services are subject to USPS processing times and delivery standards which the Company cannot guarantee. The Company is not responsible for any letter that is lost, misdirected, delayed, or damaged in the postal system, or any failure of a CRA or creditor to receive, process, or respond to a mailed letter.
10. INDEMNIFICATION — USER OBLIGATION
YOU AGREE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, SETTLEMENTS, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, EXPERT WITNESS FEES, COURT COSTS, AND ARBITRATION FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- Your use, misuse, or inability to use the Services;
- Your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, this Disclaimer, or any applicable law or regulation;
- Your submission of false, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or legally objectionable information;
- Your dispute letters or communications with CRAs, creditors, collection agencies, or third parties;
- Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights;
- Any claim by any third party arising from your use of the Services.
This indemnification obligation is perpetual and survives termination of your use of the Services.
11. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND ARBITRATION
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Disclaimer is subject to the mandatory arbitration provisions, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver set forth in the Company's Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. To the extent any dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state and federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
12. SEVERABILITY, MODIFICATIONS, AND SURVIVAL
Severability: If any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of this Disclaimer shall continue in full force and effect.
